A mini comic is one piece of paper folded so that the reader digests one panel at a time. As the paper is unfolded new panels present themselves.
I like to combine panels 5&6 to make a spread. It cuts down on a wrong interpretation, the need to cut the paper, and showcases more artwork. Most people are drawn to the artwork first, so why not make it enticing for them.
These things make great propaganda at any type of con or art show, as well as freebies in comic or book shops. Put a QR Code on the Back Cover.
